A: Yes, sample orders are acceptable. Sample unit price is higher than bulk wholesale price. Sample lead time is short.

A: Standard LUFUTATECH products are CE certified. Optional UL / ETL / PSE certifications can be arranged upon customer request for North‑America, Japan and other markets. We can provide relevant test reports for your import customs clearance.

A: LUFUTATECH do not offer drop‑shipping service for retail end‑customers. We only supply wholesale, OEM & bulk orders for distributors, resellers and brand partners. LUFUTATECH will not enter on-line B2C and retail market and focus on supporting our distributors and whole-sellers instead.

A: Under FOB / CIF trade terms, import duties, VAT and local taxes at destination country shall be borne by the buyer. For DDP terms, all import‑related fees are included in our quoted price. A: We offer 2‑year limited factory warranty for main electrical components (circuit board, transformer, motor, fan) of our ozone generators, air purifiers and desiccant dehumidifiers, starting from the date of shipment from our factory. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

A: Covered core components：main PCB control board, power transformer, fan & motor. These electric parts can be repaired or replaced free of charge, if confirmed defective due to production fault within warranty period.

A: Consumable wearing parts are excluded from warranty: ozone ceramic plates, HEPA filter, activated carbon filter, UV lamp, PCO, RCI CELL Warranty also voids for physical impact, water ingress, improper installation, wrong‑voltage operation, unauthorized disassembly, modification or man‑made damage.
